Agenda is delighted to announce that its latest one day ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management audit conducted by ISOQAR resulted in a Zero Non-Conformances Report! The auditor said that he was pleased to be able to report continued improvements and that “Management retains a high level commitment to the management systems”.
Katrina who manages the ISO9001 processes for Agenda said “We work hard to continually improve what we do and to have an external auditor confirm that we are on the right track makes it all worthwhile, as a member of the Quality Forum here at Agenda I don’t think we will ever be satisfied and will always strive to find ways to improve the services to our customers, that’s what quality management is all about!”.
The auditor reviewed Agenda against the requirements of ISO9001 and made the following additional comment “The company continues to run the Quality Management System in an efficient manner. Ongoing monitoring of the service is good and internal audits have identified areas for change and improvement. The regular reviews of the screening and vetting are also effective in identifying any areas for concern or issues.”
Norman, Director of Operations said “We are proud of our focus on customers, the quality of our service delivery and on the candidates in our recruitment and screening divisions. We believe in delivering a service that you would want to receive yourself and to actively seek ways of improving that service. Change is the one constant and here at Agenda we embrace change and we will never rest on our laurels.”
ISO9001 Quality Management is one of four fundamental externally audited pillar’s upon which Agenda operates, the others have all undergone successful audits and include ISO27001 (Information Security), Secured by Design (Secure Facilities) and Investors in People (Continued Professional Development).
