Andy and Katrina have been awarded certificates from the University of Hull in recognition of their achievements in the Lean Service Delivery Innovation review which concluded earlier this year. Both Andy and Katrina worked closely with the external consultant to review the processes used in Agenda’s pre-employment screening service delivery.
Besides assisting in the data collection and review both Andy and Katrina developed key skills in demand analysis, work flow analysis and process behaviour charting. These skills will be put to good use in the coming months as we review other lean service delivery opportunities within the business to continue to improve the services that we provide to our customers and their candidates. Congratulations go to Andy and Katrina on this excellent achievement and ongoing input into our goal of continual quality improvement.
