We are pleased to announce that phase one of the lean service review of our screening processes has been completed. An external consultant provided 6 days of system review, process mapping and behaviour charting and process and work flow analysis. The outputs will enable us to look strategically at our new screening processes and implement some of the findings to improve efficiency and quality even further. The consultant also left a legacy by training two of our team to continue the analysis and to review progress in 6 months time following the implementation of some of the new initiatives. Add this to the imminent installation of our new servers and the forthcoming updating of our ISIS screening and Candidate Input Systems and the future looks bright. For our clients we will maintain the same personal and timely service but over the next year they will see enhancements and improvements that will ensure we stay ahead of the game!
