We recently surveyed a group of randomly selected clients, chosen independently by our business development team, removing any suggestion of bias or favour, to obtain their feedback on our service delivery.
Our team prides itself on delivering work of the highest standards and to continue to offer a professional yet friendly service, working closely with each individual client. The recent round of customer satisfaction surveys reiterated these goals with an overall score of 9/10. 10/10 of the clients surveyed would be prepared to recommend Agenda to others for pre-employment screening services and 10/10 clients surveyed would like to continue using Agenda’s services in the future.
