Customer satisfaction at an all time high!

June saw the second round of customer satisfaction surveys for Agenda Security Services which was conducted again by our business development team using randomly generated clients, all of which have used our services within the last six months. The survey was conducted again by our business development team as they are not connected with any individual area of the business and can easily represent an objective view and provide immediate feedback to clients if they raised any concerns during the survey.

As a company that is highly focused on customer service and prides itself on providing the highest standards of services and communication with its clients, we were delighted to see the overall score rating for our security division at 8.5 out of 10 which represents an increase from 8 out of 10 only 6 months ago. However we will not be resting on our laurels and we will continue to strive for higher standards and we have used our client’s feedback and suggestions for further developments in all areas of the business.

The frequency and method of communication was rated at 8.5 out of 10 which again represents an increase from 8 out of 10 from our last survey which was conducted 6 months ago. This was important to us as we work hard to maintain regularly client communication which is effective and delivered in a timely manner. Agenda has taken the decision to never use an option based call waiting system on its telephones, therefore if you ring us you will always speak to a person and if your personal account manager is not available there is always somebody else available to help you with your query.
