Since development of the Agenda Customer Values in December 2008 we have been hard at work developing new and innovative ways to add value to the services that we provide to our customers. Several groups have been set up looking at aspects such as customer satisfaction and our business development team has been busy talking to or customers to hear their thoughts, ideas and suggestions. As Investors in People we recognise the importance of the continual development of our team here at Agenda and so far this year all staff have received refresher quality management training and customer awareness training to reinforce our culture of having the customer at the centre of everything that we do.
We won’t rest on our laurels, we are further empowering our staff through extensive planned training and development initiatives throughout the year, the existing staff forum discussion groups and the development of our new Agenda Values Recognition Programme. This programme enables any member of staff to nominate any other member of staff, we are also hoping that our clients will nominate individuals who have delivered excellent performance. Linking directly to the Agenda values below, this offers us the opportunity to celebrate “real life” examples of living the values. There will be a monthly award winner and all monthly winners will have the opportunity to win the annual award selected by the Board of Directors in December. This recognition programme will enable us to celebrate our most important asset – our staff!
