In line with Agenda’s customer and quality focused values Agenda is pleased to announce that on 16th December 2008, Agenda was reaccredited to the ISO9001 standard having continuously held previous versions of the standard since 1999 – almost 10 years of quality certification and improvement.
Externally audited by ISOQAR, the full day audit included all parts of the Agenda business including the provision of human resource management solutions, contract placements, recruitment and selection together with marketing and communications, security screening, training and consultancy services.
Reaccreditation to the standard demonstrates Agenda’s long term commitment to customer care, quality management and continuous improvement.
