Agenda is pleased to announce that we have successfully completed our latest ISO 9001:2008 full day audit conducted by ISOQAR. Katrina who is responsible for conducting internal audits throughout the year said, “For the first time no improvement requests were recommended by the auditor, this is testament to our learning culture and the way we have integrated the standard into our everyday processes. This quality focus aligned with ongoing customer service, quality and innovation training initiatives has lead to the continuous development in the quality of the services that we provided to our clients and our staff”.
The auditor was delighted with Agenda’s efforts to have a consistent high quality approach to managing the ISO9001 systems. He wrote “The audit team concludes that the organisation HAS established and maintained its management system in line with the requirements of the standard(s) and demonstrated to the audit team that it has the ability to systematically achieve the requirements for products and or services within the scope of its activities and in accordance with its policy and objectives. The audit team recommends that based on the evidence obtained during this audit that Certification should be continued”.
Norman (Director of the Security division) commented, “Katrina has done a tremendous job to produce such an excellent result, she has been instrumental in raising the level of service both internally and externally.
