Agenda’s new Candidate Input System (CIS), an advanced pre-employment screening tool, is proving to be a big success with clients and is saving their Human Resource teams as much as 30 minutes per candidate in the screening process.
Developed in consultation with one of Agenda’s biggest pharmaceutical clients, this bespoke
Internet-based system is more secure than any other method of providing candidate
backgrounds and details such as faxing, email or post. It also ensures that at key milestones the candidate and client are kept fully informed and upto- date with progress. A simple one page online form is all that the client has to complete. This generates a unique URL and online CIS form and instructions to advise the candidate and reassure them of the security of the process and Agenda’s externally audited accreditations. Agenda is on hand at all times to assist in the process if the candidate is unsure and in addition, extensive help sections have been placed throughout the form to assist the candidate and explain exactly what is required.
The CIS system links seamlessly to Agenda’s quality controlled and audited Information
Security Investigation System (ISIS). This logs, manages and monitors all pre-employment screening activities with date/time and operator stamps. Agenda saves clients further time by dealing directly with the candidate over any queries or anomalies. All the client has to do is request the screening. Agenda starts the process as soon as the candidate has completed the form. The client is advised and subsequently receives the completed screening. Turn-round times for the whole process are claimed to be the fastest in the industry. The CIS system also reduces the risk of transcription errors, particularly from poor quality or unclear faxed documents.
